Porter invites you to join: A Moment of Wellness
Sara will begin each session with a 15 minute warm-up and stretch, followed directly by a 45 minute class. Each class in this six part series is designed with a different focus in mind, featuring a variety of ways to engage your body and promote well-being. Feel free to join for just the first 15 minutes if you're short on time and want to wake your body up with a warm-up, or the entire 1-hour session if you'd like to kick off your day with strength building, breathing, and focus.
